LAP100.29S2 is widely used for the production of PM parts require more cutting after sintering.       


 

LAP100.29S1 and LAP100.29S2 are prealloyed powder which contains Mn and S added by melting to make MnS clamps precipitated during solidification. MnS will play the role of lubricants when machining . The parts made of the prealloyed powder will increase tool life and save much production cost accordingly.
